• To foster the sustainable industrial and economic development of the light industrial sector of T&T through diversification of the production and export base in the non-energy sector
• Industrial site development
• Development and Upgrade of existing Industrial Parks
• Non Energy Sector Enterprise Development, including the development of the ICT, knowledge based and downstream energy industries
• Ownership, Development and Management of the Tamana InTech Park
• Management of the lease operatorship for the Hilton Trinidad and Conference Centre and the Tobago Hilton
• Monitoring the business ventures established under the Equity Fund
• Development and delivery of non-energy industrial sector incentives
• Development of State of the Art Project and Programme Management capabilities
• Collaborating with TDC and NEC in the development of promotional strategies as well as material on Trinidad and Tobago
• T&T Country Branding and Investment Promotion
